The school year is once again upon us and with this comes a lot of stress, worry, fears, and anxieties with school aged children, adolescents and their parents.

Feeling like there are too many pressures and demands on you? Losing sleep worrying about tests and schoolwork? Eating on the run because your schedule is just too busy?

Avoid getting too stressed out by handling everyday pressures and problems, staying calm, asking for help when you need it, and making time to relax.

Please talk with your kids! It is important to understand their day-to-day interactions and the impact they have on them regularly. Use this resource, Talk with your pediatrician and consult with a mental health provider as soon as concerns arise.
