Lantana resident Tamara Quilty started Denton County T1 for moms of kids who have the Type 1 Diabetes. She is always looking for great ideas for low sugar summer snacks for her family. So she asked Dr. Carolyn Rachaner (also a Lantana resident) of RBC Life put together some great recipes to share for those of you looking to break or at least curb the sugar habit this summer.
