Now that we’re in the back-to-school busy season, making dinner every night becomes a challenge. So where are some good places to go where the kids can eat free or almost free? Here is a list of some local restaurants that offer some great options for affordable dinner for families:

Dickie’s BBQ
For ages 12 and under, kids can get a
free kid’s meal with $10 purchase of an
adult dine-in meal, all day on Sunday.
Cici’s Pizza
The buffet is free for kids 3 and under
every day. There is a separate charge
for drinks.
Cristina’s Fine Mexican Restaurant
Get free kids’ meals for ages 12 and
under with purchase of an adult meal,
all day Monday and Tuesday.
Dine-in only.
One or two free kids’ meals with
purchase of an adult meal every
Tuesday from 4–10pm. Drinks
not included.
Free kid’s meal with purchase of an
adult meal 4–10pm every day. Ages 12
and under.
Luna Grill
Kids 10 and under eat free with the
purchase of an adult meal on Tuesdays
from 4pm until close.
McAlister’s Deli
Free kids meal with the purchase of an
adult meal after 4 pm on Tuesdays.
Ages 12 and under.
Modern Market
On Sundays and Mondays, get a free
kid’s entrée with purchase of an adult
meal after 5pm. Ages 12 and under.
Dine-in only.
Steak ’n Shake
For every $9 spent during a dine-in
experience, one child (age 12 and
under) in the party will receive their
kid’s plate for free. Excludes drinks
and shakes.
Swirl Bakery
On Mondays, get a free kid’s meal all
day with purchase of an adult entrée.
