Caroline’s Diabla Avocado Dip
Caroline is one of our graphic designers for Murray Media Group. She earned the moniker “Diabla” in the office because she likes to act as the devil on your shoulder, egging you on to do naughty things. She made this dip for all of us here at Murray Media Group and we loved it, but rest assured it’s not that spicy. It’s all in the name—Caroline’s office name.
3/4 c. Plain Greek Yogurt
1/2 c. Finely Chopped Red Onion
3 Tbsp. Chopped Fresh Cilantro
1 Tbsp. Finely Chopped Seeded
2 Tbsp. Fresh Lime Juice
1 Tbsp. Ground Cumin
1/2 tsp. Salt
3 Ripe Peeled Avocados, Remove Pit
and Coarsely Chopped
1 Garlic Clove, Minced
Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender, and process until smooth.
Serve with Garden of Eatin’ Blue Chips or Simple 7 Quinoa Chips.
Frozen Blueberry Bites
Vanilla Greek Yogurt
Mix together gently and place on parchment paper and put in the freezer.
Easy Peanut Butter Bites
1/2 c. Peanut or Almond Butter
1/4 c. Raw Honey
1/4 c. Almond Meal or 1-2 Scoops
1/4 c. Water
2 c. Raw Uncooked Gluten Free Oats
Mix all together and make into 1 inch balls. Store in freezer and grab 2 for a healthy snack.
